Tyrant King of Phatax Beta
King Garlant systematically conquered most of Arengard Beta with the help of his masked assassin.
Twenty years ago, Garlant murdered the then-king of Odem, along with his wife and infant daughter. Since then, Garlant has been slowly furthering his rule, and now he controls most of Arengard on Phatax B. He appears human, but many say they sense a greater power about him.
