Leader of the Burhed Elves
Refel Un is the proud leader of the elves within the Burhed forest. He likes to keep his elvish society isolated from the rest of Arengard, and even holds some racist notions of other species.
On Phatax Alpha, Refel Un allowed Capital Punishment to borrow their prized horn to meet Michalt the cooking wizard.
On Phatax Beta, Refel Un was forced by Capital Punishment to relinquish control of the forest to Garlant. Despite this, he has become rather close to Roberto.
